An easy ride
Riders Report Saturday 19th August , Pounce Tommy Bunga Hazie JB Bazz Rothy .. "Pounces Rusty Ride " Pounce post up a ride I think for us guys that are a bit rusty myself and Bunga still nursing crack rids , meet lakes roadhouse 8,30am weather looking ok , rain holding off , drove the odd 30ks away to a private parking spot , would be a great camping spot too , suited booted readly to rock n roll Happy to sweep , been a long time berween drinks for me , head Sth east heaps of fast flowing road track 5th 6th gear stuff , patches of that great loamy sand , then into single bush tracks lots of it over grown , to one point where it was to floored to get thought , no holds ups great pace , one hill climb , everyone makes it up eventually , back to the cars after about 65ks , chance for anyone to pullout , nup all got big smiles on dials , off again single creek mud mud mud tracks guys coming off , guys getting roasted by ea other , Brillant stuff ! No bad off's that's always good , back to the cars just under 100ks , enjoy a couple cold ones , always great to meet new guys , Then we are off on Tommys 4x4 adventures to the rockinne , I think he forgot Pounce and myself had trailers on , reckon I could hear him laughing going up that big rutted hill , that the kato would of struggled on , Brillant stuff 2 hours later we made it , Thanks Pounce for calling the ride , and Guys , brilliant day , Rothy .No SOTD No ROTD
