Jacko.
All back safe from the shark bay ride. Had a lot of fun and great scenery everywhere.got bogged in deep mud a few times so thanks for coming to my rescue. Francois peron was a bit of a challenge but I got the hang of it after a while. Dazza and inver would have loved it.i recon Jnr broke the record for that one. We were very lucky with the weather, just a bit cold in the mornings.

JNR
Thanks for the Shark bay ADV ride with a awesome small bunch of blokes, thanks for organising Jacko done well bud I enjoyed the whole lot with abit of everything thrown in.
No bike dramas no support crew & no hassles gotta be happy & my new little esky had heaps of ice left in it even after being on the back of bike from 8am to 4pm so the Coke & beer went down a treat even when you loose ya mug :)).

Jack
Great 6 days and 3000km of ADV riding. We were a small crew so travelled fast and hassle free. Too many experience to write about so here are top ten highlights of Jacko’s Shark bay ADV ride from my perspective!

1. Riding through 3hrs of constant fog all the way to Wubin on the first day ( just following the white line)
2. Jacko getting bogged once, twice, three times and there may have been a fourth time too?
3. Yalgoo pub open fireplace and the publican
4. Butchers Track to OL roadhouse
5. Setting up camp at Bushmans Bay and then desperately trying to download the tide chart to ensure we don’t drown overnight during high tide
6. Crossing the 26th parallel x4 times in two days
7. Attempting to ride the F800GS to the tip of Cape Peron, only to stop short by 10km due to an extremely chopped up sand track and physical exhaustion. Congratulation to JNR and Jacko for making it to the tip.
8. Enjoying cold beverages in the evenings courtesy of JNR and his ice cooler bag that kept our ice in solid state all day long
9. Everybody making it to Steep Point through the boggy and challenging track.
10. Pounce nursing his new bionic knee through all of the challenges that come with ADV Riding

Thanks guys, it was a great ride and so much to reminisce about.

Pounce
Everything the other 3 have said is spot on.
Getting away on the bike is surely one of the best things to do.
Thanks guys for another week of doing what we enjoy, now put your damn phone away :-)
I'll try & get some more pics up tomoorpw & edit the video tgether.

Cheers

PS, the 690... yep, better than the DR.
