Quick Did The Trick!
MickKal called a ride from the Rock Inn and JB suggested it will be a winter farewell ride. So five Crusty’s hit the trails for a fast and flowing blast. The mornings conditions were perfect, with the trails moist and grippy.
The group flowed flawlessly with no real need for a corner man systems as we were in sight of each over at every turn. A few hills and single trails, with a rest stop at the pig shooter camp had us all content with the mornings smorgasbord. As we started to get hot at the rest stop it was time to kick our bikes back to life and head back. By now dust was kicking up and the gravel getting slippery. We made it back to the Rock Inn at midday to be their first customers. A great quick ride with no incidents, just a lost side stand for MickKal and one ride point closer to the century for TigeR. Thanks MickKal for leading and TigeR for sweeping on this quick 100 km ride in just under three hours. |
