Sawyers Valley Power Line
I can't believe we had such a good ride for the middle of January. Not an ounce of dust and a little bit of water and mud. 6 guys turned up for a quick paced ride op the power lines and back. A new fellow Moorey came along and showed plenty of skill. They will keep you fat bastards on your toes.
Col rode lead most of the ride and Moorey stuck to him like glue all the way. Moorey picked up ROTD on his first ride out with the CQ boys for his efforts. Greg picked up SOTD - heading bush and taking out a log and some big rocks. (Roley has a good pic that will get added later) He hurt his side and got a bit of bruising. He was pretty lucky not to take out a concrete post that he only missed by a few inches.  THE SECRET LOCATION  A BREAK AT THE LAKES ROAD HOUSE. More pics to follow once I get them of Roley. |
