The boys did a few short loops this week at the tried and true venue at the Pines. Peter, Roly, Nathan, Big Col and two new guys - Mark and Dazza.

First loop ride out to Parrot Quarry found the conditions great with the rain hardpacking most of the sand - Big Col must have been pleased although he keeps saying he can't wait to ride at Pippi. Must have seen about 50 Kangaroos - Howard eat your heart out! On the way back Big Col tried his hand at a few jumps after Natham showed off his evident talent doing 20 foots jumps. Big Col thought he had picked up "Stack of the Day" SOTD and almost lost his family jewels - the soft sand landing was a shock.

Second loop was blast out by Barbargellos and a ride to the old brick works and the look out. From here you could see that the housing is slowly taking over heading North and we won't be riding at Pippi for much longer.

On the way back to the car Peter deiced to show Big Col what some really thick sand looked like with a few whoops thrown in. Big Col lapped it up but others weren't so lucky. Came across Tiger in the bush on the side of the track - though he was having a leak or looking for something.

Tiger looking for something IN THE BUSH?

Then it was evident that Tiger would have to pick up SOTD as he dragged his bike out - the sand marks leading into the bush told the story.

A good ride and no injuries - it can't get any better.
