Quindanning Day/Night Enduro

Tommy's take Quindanning was great crack especially riding around in the cold dark night through mud holes and bouncing off trees which took out my spot light on the first lap . What else would you be doing on a Saturday night ?. It was even darker for one person who I wont name but he had his tinted goggles on and though it was very foggy (do we have a special stat for that sort of thing ? ). The day ride had perfect conditions they cut out the mud holes as it was getting too cut up .After the riders meeting hang around until your number is called then get your bike up to the start line cold start so chock on start bike chock off stall bike panic start again this time all goes well and I am away . The rest of the day is a blur ride as fast as I can try to stay upright and let the faster riders past (all other riders) and most important of all have a lot of fun . The race is over and everyone is in one piece so its a perfect day and one that more Crusties should do next year. Thanks to everyone at the T&E for all the effort they put in to make these events run as good as they do. |
