Very Good Friday
There were two rides to choose from for good friday, woki and the lakes, both excellent rides, but it was the lakes for me being much closer.
pounce was keen to get a few ks on his new 450 ktm (the ex clean man machine in excent condition with lots of goodies).about 80 ks of full on riding and we arrived at the roadhouse for lunch and a break before the return trip. the dust was getting worse as the ground dried out and somehow grant got seperated from the pack. we did some backtracking and found him a few ks back. back at the cars and carl discovers he has lost his bashplate and broken his knee brace.all up over 150 ks of great trail riding. thanks guys. Jacko Cheers everyone, we only managed 150klm's, lost half the group, then lost the guy who lost half the group, lots of dust, a little bit of water & a fun ride. Pounce Pounce thanks for the great ride today. Good mix of fast flowing tracks and single track. Turned out to be an expensive ride with me loosing my bash plate and breaking a knee brace. Thanks also to Jacko for sweeping today. KTM Carl Well another top ride put together by Pounce with his faithfull sidekicks Tommy and super sweep Jacko! A little bit of dust... But better than we're all used to lately. Certainly some good trails and a great distance with enough to satisfy most needs! Had good fun in the pack especially spashing Grunta with the puddles;) Thanks to all for a good day!
