Mud Mud Everywhere...

A 7 am start was a bit brisk, but once we found the mud and water, well that was freezing!!! Everyone arrived nice an early for this ride that Spike called. All up there were 8 riders but only 4 Crustys. Not long into the ride our first victim had a fall that unfortunately left him a bit to sore to continue the ride for to long. Hope your ok Craig. We road about 70 kms all up with some good little hill climbs that tested everyone with a few failures along the way. I did sweep duties for the day and had full view of a few stacks along the way. Lots of creek crossings and plenty of mud to keep everyone's interest. I sat behind one lad on a WR 450 his name eludes me but watched him come off 3 times in less than 500 meters in the mud, all up he had 5 falls for the day but he was smiling all the way and that's the spirit. My first ride with Spike and I give her ROTD as she kept up with everyone and didn't shy away from any challenges for the day good on you Stacey...
