JAW had put out an APB on a cool overcast Sunday arvo, local blatt, "meet at the Alkimos dune 3:30pm". By 4:00pm only Deets had shown - most players had already participated in the Saturday ride - "may as well do an olde skool tanks lollie run eh?"

JAW, rusty and unfit, had to stop often to catch his breath. When Deets took point JAW saw why he didn't seem to be even working up a sweat: graceful, relaxed, effortless piloting by Deets on the big KTM525 - obviously learned from many years of enduro work. A riding style that is a pleasure to behold.

Meantime JAW was working hard in an un-graceful, un-relaxed and mucho-effort but seemed to be enjoying himself - even after two stacking efforts. Two thumbs up and player points awarded for the albeit small gathering.
