Great ride today up front was Junior leading the way and Hazi sweeping. Lots of dust and very slippery conditions. I had a couple of very close shit mixers as my little 300 performs very differently in dry conditions with a well worn rear tire. Comparing Juniors 300 to mine in the fuel efficiency I came a miserable second with nearly an empty tank verses half a tank for Junior. The difference between someone who can keep momentum verses me full throttle and going nowhere ??span
Thanks guys a great ride for everyone.
Bunga

Thanks to Tommy for the tracks & Hazi for sweeps ??special thanks to Slates best I’ve seen him with the corner man system ?????/span
It’s definitely drying out so get out there while we can before it’s beach weather ???µ/span
JNR

Had a ball today even though it’s getting a little dry and dusty out there. Still a few bog holes and puddles to catch you out. Thanks to Jnr for leading and Tommy for sharing his tracks
Hazi
hanks everyone for the ride today a good pace set by JNR and everyone kept up with no dramas it's drying up quickly with the dust starting to come along with the heat so make the most of it also thanks to Hazi for sweeping ??/span
Tommy

Great crew and a great ride today. Tommy posted up enquiring if there were any takers for a Karragullen blast. Jnr was quick to take the bait and a few of us followed his lead. Jnr took on the tour guide duties with Tommy loading his GPS up for what turned out to be a super smooth ride. Hazi took on sweep duties and we proceeded into the forest gravel tracks. As the boys said it is getting drier and the dust has definitely rolled up. Unbelievably there were still a couple of diehard puddles that don't think winter is over just yet. They washed the dust off the bikes for a fleeting moment but it was a reminder that the seasons are turning. Overall a cracker of a day. Between the gang, we managed to scrounge up a few beers between vehicles to lubricate the dry throats, and with that accomplished, we headed down the hill in what could be one of the last rides of the season....on the skinny bikes at least!
