Col called an "unofficial ride" to take the family up to Wedge for a ride. Tenika, Col's daughter, had been on his back for some time for a fang up there. Roley came along on the bike as well as Pete and Julie in the Xtrail.

We got away early and beat the heat. Col got a rear flat about half way and hid the bike in the bush to be picked up on the way home. Tenika's said her first run was awsom. She rode hard and fast and only came to grief once and that was avoiding an oncoming 4 x 4. She picked up rider of the day.

Pete couldn't help himself and while we were putting on our riding gear at Lano, he jumped on Col's bike and went for a little spin around the carpark. He didn't go far and came back telling that his arm was still not up for a ride. Looks like he will be out until after xmas.

Other than having to share bikes because of the flat, it was a top little ride. Pete enjoyed getting out in the Xtrail and Julie said " why do you guys go out and do this every weekend". Tenika wants her Dad to buy her a bike so she can become a real Crusty Quinn. Only problem is, I don't think she will be happy with the type of bike I have in mind!!!!!!!!!!!
