The Capel - 2006.
Well done to Rick Gill and the boys from the Capel bike club for putting on a great event. As a Pony Express was on the same day there was only just over 60 riders who took part on what turned out to be some awsom trails. We nearly had it all to ourselves.
There was a mixture of everything on this one. Plenty of water crossings, heaps of fast fire trails and some great goat trails. Most of the Crustys rode together but Steve525 had a rocket up his you know where and although a few of the guys tried to stick with him, he rode hard and fast and was nominated rider of the day. All the boys had big smiles after the ride and a few of us even picked up some small prizes in the draw. Lets get a big group together next year and make it a Crusty Capel ride.  CAMPING OUT AT CAPEL.  CRAIG GETTING THE LEG HIGH - OR ABOUT TO FALL OFF!!!!  COL AND STEVE  A BREAK AT THE HALF WAY MARK.  STEVE PUSHING IT THROUGH THE WATER.  FAT BOY EMERGES FROM THE DEEP.  KXSTEVE IN ACTION  TIGER IN ACTION  COL CROSSING THE WATER.  CRAIG CROSSING THE WATER  THOUGHT TIGER'S DIDN'T LIKE WATER!!!!! |
