Well what do I say three riders turned up to what was going to be a fun day of creek racing and a track discovery tour. For a change we left from the Lakes Roadhouse to head to the power lines, to cut out the Rockie section of the track. We headed out to the creek and followed it for about 10 Km until we hit a road we decided to follow the tracks on the other side and came across a Sand loop of berms and woops. While John was testing out man and machine on the track Col and I saw this guy on a Cr who took off like a idiot around the corner only to come to grief in a bog hole. We found him wheel deep in the mud trying to pull it out we gave him a hand only to find he was high as a kite. We followed the creek back to the main road to see how far it would go and found some single track that went for miles back to the power lines which we thought would make a good alternative trail to the creek. We made it back to the cars safely, as we were changing the guy on the CR turned up to thank us only to sit in his car laughing his head off, this confirmed he was stoned. A great day was had by all and the cooler weather made it enjoyable.
