A perfect day for a ride. DazZ called a Lano ride as he was spending the weekend there and wanted the boys to show him the trails. 15 riders turned out for a magnificent dust free cool ride over the best hard pack trails around. Big Col did a fantastics job upfront again, providing a steady pace and dropping a cornerman where ever needed to keep the big group all heading in the same direction. That will earn you ROTD award big fellow. Fred came out for his second CQ ride and managed to pick up the SOTD award. At the end of the fast trail section where the group does a u turn and heads back, Fred got a little untidy and slammed into a grass tree. He bounced back and then hit the ground. I heard a few laughs from the group ( not very nice fellows) Ha ha ha before we realized he had actually hurt himself. luckily we had a medic along with us who checked him over and gave him the all clear.
