2 day report - Awesome event, great challenge. Sunday was pretty shitty with the weather, especially in the longer special test, where it was impossible to get traction!. Monday was Magic. Well done T&E for another great event, bring on next season! I would recommend the event to any crusties who are looking for a challenge.

I think Pretz should get ROTD for Des Nobles, although he wasnt there, the event would not have gone ahead if it wasn't for him sorting out the DEC issues! well done Steve :-)

hey jaybo what wheels did you run at the camp special test on the 1st day? tank tracks :)
great event all round with 5 different loops for the clubbies ect. and the experts doing one of them again to make 6 with a special test at the camp (like grease the 1st day) plus a remote test in the bush like days of old. Trail times were the usual generous allowance on the 1st day then tightened up nicely on the 2nd all done on mild hills with a good mix of single track and fire trails.
no major mishaps from our camp other than hooters cracking his front fender and dave had to nurse worn sprockets on the last 2 loops so as not to dnf
Me, benny, dave and hooters set up camp together and sheared our fire with some others plus we made use of the catering on more than one occasion.
Good on ya hooters for fronting to your 1st enduro in 20yrs.
Me and dave have had a good year with our roster only causing us to miss the harvey enduro and would like to say the t&e has a great team of people putting on events and the members have been the best to ride and camp with all season.

Orry - Is the "tank tracks" in reference to my test time in that plantation test?? Cheeky bugger! (Not wrong though). Try doing it without a rear brake!! I did my right hand index finger in pretty badly when I bumped a tree. I suspect I hyper extended it at the upper joint below the knuckle. My whole hand is now swollen to the extent I had to use soap to remove a ring from my right hand ring finger at work today. Might have to see the quack tomorrow.

I knew all the Crusty's were down that bottom corner of the paddock but I got carried away talking to a newby and the guys from Kalgoorlie. Then I got ready for bed thinking it was late and looked at the clock as I crawled into my sleeping bag and found it was only 8:30pm! Almost crawled out again! Almost.

(The rear brake was good the rest of the weekend after I bled it after the first three loops without it)

Results.
