A very wet week, and a sunny Saturday morning means no dust, and plenty of grip. Had the 2 remaining Quinns Rocks smokeys, and the 3 amigo's head off to the Parrot Ridge tip and back for staage one of the day.
Marty and Marci decided to play suspensions back at the cars with their Yammy's.
Phil and Simon turned up during the morning, but with all the talk of a BBQ happening, thats all it turned out to be - Talk :)
Stage 2 of the ride had Marci along as well, and the 6 of us did the Barbagallo lookout run, and what we could call the 'Soapbox' tour on the way back. Heh, Groundskeeper Willy was not too pleased to have Team CQ running the soapbox track, and let it be known.
Sensational conditions all morning. Some great tracks covered as well. SOTD not awarded as no one had a tumble on what must have been 60-70 (?) kms all up.
Pete takes out rider of the day this time for being very quick with the stage 2 run, leading the way exceptionally well, and being very knowledgeable of that Barbagallo area.
