Cuballing
Awesome day on the Adventure bikes, It is the first time Ross has lead a full ride & he excelled.
We started from Mills rd and headed up into the hills, turned right just passed the Rock Inn and headed in a south east direction along sweet virgin trails with plenty of water & them green slippery bits to keep us on our toes. Plan was to get to Cuballing for lunch, once we were in the wheat belt we started to make a mile while still finding pockets of natural bushland with great trails to keep us amused with us arriving in Cuballing at around 12.30, just in time for a counter meal and a pint.(Nice pub in Cuballing) The return trip was along the train track to Brookton. This bit was fun, plenty of water on the track we had a ball riding through it and finding ways to back track around some sections. A top up of fuel in Brookton along a few dirt roads and back on to Brookton Hwy. With the taste for a beer we hightailed it to the Rock Inn where we were greeted with the best looking skimpy I have seen there and a couple of beers that made a great day even better. |
